Irishia’s film Red Line has been invited to the 2026 Out-FRONT! Film Series, part of Out-FRONT! Fest., curated by Pioneers Go East Collective in partnership with Judson Church. The series showcases dance films by LGBTQ+ and feminist interdisciplinary artists exploring bold intersections of movement, technology, and storytelling. This year’s screening features films by Carrie Hawks, Eleonora Privitera, Cari Ann Shim Sham*, Stephen Shynes, and Nyala Moon, alongside Red Line.

54th Annual Dance on Camera Festival

Irishia Romaine is a curator for the 54th Annual Dance on Camera Festival, the world’s longest-running dance film festival, serving alongside Shawn T. Bible and Michael Trusnovec. The 2026 festival will present feature-length documentaries, narrative works, inventive shorts, and special events celebrating the intersection of dance and film.
